I've discovered that there is a portable version of CCLeaner.

CCleaner is a freeware system optimization and privacy tool. It helps clean your system from unused file, allowing Windows to run faster, smoothly and freeing up valuable hard disk space.

CCleaner's main task is to clean temp files from Windows and remove problems from the registry, but it does also clean crap from a lot of third-party applications like Firefox, Opera, Media Player, eMule, Kazaa, Google Toolbar, Adobe Acrobat, WinRAR, WinAce and WinZip.

It also cleans traces of your online activities such as your Internet history. But the best part is that it's fast (normally taking less that a second to run) and contains no Spyware or Adware!

The difference between CCleaner and CCleaner Portable is that CCleaner Portable is not dependent on regsvr32exe or regedit.exe as the normal version of CCleaner is. The size of the portable version also smaller than the normal CCleaner. No installation required either. It will not leave any traces on your computer.
